Who we are.

Szlamka Consulting is a small, senior team assembled to cover the whole of a consulting engagement — understanding what a client actually needs, proposing a solution that fits, and delivering it. The people behind that work:

Erzsébet Szlamka

Lead consultant

Erzsébet leads the practice, and knows the institutional client from the inside. She spent over a decade at Hungary's Educational Authority as a qualifications-framework expert — sitting on the EU's EQF Advisory Group and coordinating the Hungarian National Qualifications Framework — before moving into skills and HR-tech, where she builds the semantic skill networks and knowledge graphs that make skill matching and gap analysis accurate and explainable rather than keyword-deep. She has led education-policy and EdTech projects for national and international bodies.

Tamás Majoros

Engineering & client delivery

Tamás sits between the technical work and the people paying for it. Across twenty years in aerospace, automotive and IT his roles have been the hybrid kind — running a software-asset portfolio for a group of twenty-five engineers, where the work was equal parts technical judgment and stakeholder negotiation, and building university and vendor partnerships including the Mathworks relationship serving eleven thousand engineers at Bosch. He understands a technical solution deeply enough to be trusted on it, and can explain it to someone who won't.

Réka Mihálka

Generative AI in research & writing

Réka is the practice's read on what generative AI can and can't actually do. A scientific-writing specialist who lectures at ETH Zürich and the University of Lucerne, she has spent recent years studying how generative AI changes academic writing — the capabilities and the limits, close up. A former Fulbright scholar with a PhD in English, she has taught across several Swiss universities and at ELTE Budapest.

Lajos Kocsán

Platform, portfolio & licensing

Lajos covers the commercial and licensing side — how a solution is packaged, licensed and kept compliant. At Bosch he manages a multi-million-euro software portfolio spanning more than sixteen thousand licences and helps shape cross-industry standards for collaborative R&D simulation, navigating the IP and licensing arrangements underneath. He holds a PhD in computational mechanics, and has worked on open, shareable platforms — most recently on the board of a non-profit opening up quantum-computing education.

Alexandra Gyetvai

Operations & programme delivery

Alexandra makes engagements run. As Head of Operations at Superlinked, a venture-backed AI startup, she runs HR, finance, legal and hiring across four countries and builds the internal AI systems that let a small operation carry more than its size. Earlier she led multi-country EU innovation programmes at the European Commission and co-founded EDUIT, an R&D and innovation consultancy for early-stage startups.
